In partnership with Shanahan Advisory, KJC helped Dunkin’ expand its afternoon snacks options. Iterative consumer research, restaurant exploration, new product workshops, and culinary innovation set Dunkin’ on a new path. One that, through KJC and Shanahan Advisory’s leadership, created a broader afternoon snacking mission for the brand, as well as six actionable product platforms. Watch out for new afternoon products to hit Dunkin’s shelves in Q1 2017. America can happily keep running all day long.
