It’s a battle zone on the yogurt shelf. Big brands duking it out. Amid the chaos stands Noosa, the thick, velvety, irresistible yogurt that consumers crave. To hold its place of calm, culinary leadership, Noosa engaged KJC to create new products that would keep its consumers coming back for more.
KJC, and its team of chefs and product developers, went to work mixing, sampling, and evolving new flavors. Through kitchen collaborations and strategic work sessions, KJC defined three clear Noosa product lines—each with an establishing benefit, culinary characteristics, and several gold-standard protocepts to guide SKU development. The first new flavors—the Sweet Heat line, including pineapple jalapeno, raspberry habanero, and mango chili—hit shelves in summer of 2016. And more’s to come. Noosa can keep calm and culinary on.
